By definition it appears that Government is by far the largest, but which government?, any and all as far as I can tell, any that use force of any kind to get there way.

There was a great line in the movie AVATAR, it went something like this, "If someone has something you want, we make them our Enemy in order to take it"

History shows that Every Government has done just that, corporations do that and when a person or group stands up to them there Labeled a Terrorist in order to get get people that stopped thinking to stand behind them, to justify there own terrorist acts and to feel important, to think there actually in power, Power through the use of Force is not true power and never will be...
