The Answer
This answer is not as bad as the question itself, so let me explain, my friend Bill always say (about man made disasters) its about population control Many people talk about the US Government Killing off its people, its population, they say the BP oil spill was on purpose, so was 911, planned by OUR government and many other such happening like HARRP. so I asked, WHY! is in money? no, Power? no, what I realized is that the Government as we know it is dieing, struggling to feel important, struggling to make end meet, to pay the piper as it were. this government that We are supposed to be in control of is a thing of an non-enlighten society and its full of fear afraid to die, it will eventually collapse at the peek of its depravity, corruption, to become nothing but the ashes of lies... So why kill us off?, (you know they do this by Killing the food first, poisoning the air and we let them). if the world population drips below 1 Billion, that Killing 6 billion or so, what happen to the dieing beast, it gains that much more control, that much more room to grow in, Only Zombies will be left, duped into giving life back to the dead, the sheep that need the shepherd will be all that remain, the WE that have no need for government, no need to be lied too, no use for the corruption that trickles down from big business, through the banks need to be removed form this planet so they can live, a Revolution is at hand.

Do we need a Police Force to Monitor the Governments of the World Specially the US. Hell yes, we need a Public Run Government monitoring system, maybe web based, something akin to WikiLeaks maybe.

Our Government appears to be over stepping its boundaries by seemingly using its power to make people do as they will, allowing TSA to feel you up, scan you naked and close your web site because you might be subversive and allowing people to download movies or software, its ok for company's to sell you Crappy software or bad movies that you cannot return (just cause you don't like it) being able to preview a movie is amazing then if you like it, Buy it, same with software whats called Pirating is the only recourse for honest people to truly buy what you like and whats good. is it really Power our (funny calling it OUR) government use's, Fear tactics is a way to FORCE you to submit with out thought, thats not power sure they can kill you, thats not power either, or take away homes, make you live in a FEMA camp, thats not power either, all the government has is force, its little people, little minds that use force to get there way, its People that have real power except its being subdued by those using force, Fear, propaganda to make us think we have none... who is the terrorist the one using force, surely there not Freedom Fighters maybe the truth is there really afraid that We The People may express our power, as a people would we spend billions waring over Oil or would we find alternatives, would we build build a system that in slaves us or one that frees all people in all lands, would we cover up our mistakes and bad doings, or Learn from them and do better, would we reward short sightedness or build for a better future for our children,

Maybe congress needs a few lawyers in moneys suits a few trained to examine the laws WE make what it really needs is 70% of the congress to be real people YOU & I to oversee whats being done and make sure it stays on track with the Heart Of The People, today if our government suddenly become trustworthy, honest, Kind, we'd be shocked in disbelief (even know we know how they really are today) we'd want to through them all OUT and maybe we should and maybe thats why they fear US so much....

I am sending this to virtually everybody on my e-mail list and that includes conservatives, liberals, and everybody in between. Even though we disagree on a number of issues, I count all of you as friends. My friend and neighbor wants to promote a "Congressional Reform Act of 2010." It would contain eight provisions, all of which would probably be strongly endorsed by those who drafted the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
I know many of you will say "this is impossible." Let me remind you, Congress has the lowest approval rating of any entity in Government. Now is the time when Americans will join together to reform Congress - the entity that represents us.
We need to get a Senator to introduce this bill in the US Senate and a Representative to introduce a similar bill in the US House. These people will become American heroes.

Congressional Reform Act of 2010
1. Term Limits.
12 years only, one of the possible options below..
A. Two Six-year Senate terms
B. Six Two-year House terms
C. One Six-year Senate term and three Two-Year House terms
2. No Tenure / No Pension.
A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.
3. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people.
4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
5. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/11.
The American people did not make these contracts with Congressmen. Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators. Serve your term(s), then go home and back to work.
